We are thrilled to announce the release of Top Hire Hub version 1.1. Our team has been working diligently over the past few months to improve the overall quality of the platform and introduce new key features to enhance your hiring experience.
Our latest release includes an entirely free applicant tracking system, giving you the ability to run both internal and external hiring campaigns.
With internal campaigns, you can source candidates from your own HR team using your own candidate database, which is now available for you in the Top Hire Hub portal. You can easily manage candidates or add them from an Excel file.
With external campaigns, candidate applications can be submitted by your own HR team or by professional external hiring agencies. Both types of campaigns now give you the ability to directly communicate with candidates during the interview request or offer stages using secure links.
When you hire a candidate with sourcing done by your own team, there is no charge to you whatsoever. This way, you get a completely free applicant tracking system, as well as the ability to do all your hiring, direct or with the help of hiring agencies, in one place.
Our new login screen offers multiple language options, making it easier for our users to navigate and use our platform. This update also ensures that our platform complies with accessibility requirements, allowing all users, regardless of their language or ability, to access our platform seamlessly.
We have also improved our system notifications and communication model, allowing for a more streamlined and professional hiring process. Employers can now define and target groups of recruiters based on rating, location, and other parameters. Recruiters have the ability to provide warranties and get improved self-billing. The system now differentiates between monthly net or yearly salaries as well, which adds extra flexibility when posting a campaign or sending job offers.
We are already working on version 1.2, which will include higher levels of personalization for both employers and recruiters and full contractors hiring, employing, and managing model, including timesheets and payroll.
